How to get the most out of the Royal Opera House website

At busy times the final email confirmation can take up to 3 hours to arrive. If you see the 'Order Placed' page after purchasing your tickets you should receive a final email confirmation. If you have not received a final email confirmation after 24 hours of placing your order please contact the Box Office at firstname.lastname@example.org
