Ticket Exchanges, Resales and Refunds
We cannot exchange tickets to another ROH production or give refunds. However, there are flexible options available to you:
Up to 24 hours before the performance, you can exchange tickets for an account credit to use at a later date. You will be charged an administrative fee of £4 per ticket.
If it is less than 24 hours before the performance or event, you can offer your tickets for resale through the ROH Box Office. You will be charged an administrative fee of £4 per ticket.

Performances and events continue to be affected by COVID-19. If you have tickets for a performance or event that is cancelled or postponed, we will contact you with your options..
If you feel unwell and have COVID-19 symptoms, please do not visit us. Email the Box Office as soon as possible but no later than the start of the performance or event and we will exchange your ticket for an account credit to use at a later date. We cannot exchange tickets to another ROH production or give refunds.
Please note that you may not receive a confirmation of your request before the performance or event start time, but be assured your request will be processed within seven working days.

We notify ticket holders by email if we know of a major cancellation at least two days before the performance. As much notice is given as possible. Details of all major cancellations will also be shared via our front of house screens prior to the performance. Cast changes will also be highlighted on the relevant event page on our website.
Our staff are committed to treating everyone with dignity and respect, and we ask that you show them and your fellow audience members respect too. We adopt a zero tolerance approach to anyone who interacts with our staff or fellow patrons in an intimidating, aggressive or threatening manner.
