Michael Pansters

New Zealand pianist Michael Pansters is a member of the music staff for The Royal Ballet. He began learning the piano at the age of six, and completed his studies with Diedre Irons at Victoria University of Wellington in 2007. Before moving to London, Michael was rehearsal pianist for the Royal New Zealand Ballet, working alongside choreographers such as Christopher Hampson, Johan Kobborg and Ethan Stiefel. As well as working as an accompanist, Michael regularly played with Orchestra Wellington, Auckland Philharmonia and Christchurch Symphony Orchestra.
