With its chandeliers, oil paintings and opulent reds and golds, the Crush Room harks back to the 19th century origins of the Royal Opera House building. Service too, takes its cue from times past, with butlers on hand to attend to your needs. The menu of cold dishes makes the most of locally sourced produce, from baked British salmon and potted mackerel, to rare roast beef and English farmhouse cheese.
Many wines and Champagnes are available by the glass, and of course you can return to your table in the interval for a delicious dessert.
