Step into a piece of Royal Opera House history. With its crystal chandeliers, which are said to be made of the original chandelier from the auditorium, this opulent room will welcome you. Resplendent in reds and golds the Crush room harks back to the 19th century, many of its oil paintings and fittings have been in place since 1858.
The menu of cold dishes makes the most of locally sourced produce, from baked British salmon and potted mackerel, to rare roast beef and English farmhouse cheese.
Many wines and Champagnes are available by the glass, and of course you can return to your table in the interval for a delicious dessert.
