World-renowned pastry chef Claire Clark MBE has created a fabulous range of cakes and pastries that combine seasonal British ingredients with classic recipes and her typically innovative presentation.
The menu includes sandwiches and freshly baked scones with homemade seasonal fruit jams, and special treats such as the Royal Opera House Gateau Opera, banoffee macaron and pistachio éclair with praline – all made from the finest ingredients. On offer too are a wide range of loose leaf teas, tisanes, tea-themed cocktails and Champagne from Ruinart. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are also available.
