Tea at the Royal Opera House is your opportunity to enjoy a sophisticated Afternoon Tea in the beautiful surroundings of the Paul Hamlyn Hall – which is decorated for the occasion with specially commissioned screens featuring exotic birds, plants and flowers in Fauvist style, inspired by Covent Garden’s historic flower market.

The menu begins with smoked salmon blinis, sandwiches and freshly baked scones accompanied by a changing roster of homemade seasonal fruit jams. There follows a fabulous range of cakes and pastries combining the finest British ingredients with sumptuous recipes and elegant presentation.

For pring 2015, elderflowers, roses and hibiscus lend scent and colour to the splendid selection.

Naturally Tea at the Royal Opera House offers guests a wide range of loose leaf teas, tisanes, tea-themed cocktails and Champagne from Ruinart. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free menus are also available.
