There is step-free access to the Royal Opera House via the Bow Street entrance at the corner of Floral Street or via the Covent Garden Piazza Restaurants. There is also step-free access to all restaurants, bars, and front of house areas.

The ground floor café is open from 10am every day, the Level 5 Bar and the Piazza Terrace Bar throughout the day, and our restaurants from 90 minutes before curtain up and throughout performances.

All our restaurants have step-free access via one of our lifts, however, it is worth being aware of the following:

• The lift on the left-hand side of the Main Stage auditorium provides easy access to the Paul Hamlyn Hall, Balcony Restaurant and Crush Room. These areas are also suitable for Linbury Theatre events, with access from a lift in the main house foyer.
• The lift on the right-hand side of the Main Stage auditorium provides easy access to the Level 5 Bar, the Piazza Restaurant and Terrace Bar and the Crush Room.
• All lifts provide access to the main foyer bar and café
