As a big fan of Royal Ballet, I am sooo much disappointed that Live Cinema is not available at all in Japan this year. Why? What is the problem? Tickets were often sold out in Tokyo last year and before. As the company will tour to Japan this summer, please please find a way to make it available here.
Dear Naho,
We intend to screen our Live Cinema season in Japan in 16/17 but have not confirmed which cinemas will be taking part yet. Please keep an eye on our website for the most up to date information.
Best wishes,
Sarah
Me and my friends really waned to watch the Royal Ballet's performance but unfortunately we live in Hong Kong and might not be able to travel to London because its too far also if we can travel it will be in July or August (summer holiday) which there is no repertoire so please make it available in the Hong Kong cinemas
For the past two years I have been attending opera performances at The Landmark cinema in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I had already marked in my calendar June 29th to see Werther however when I tried to book my ticket online I was told that the opera series had been discontinued at that particular cinema. Can you please advise if it will be shown at another venue as well as the date and time. Thank you. Michael
Dear Michael,
I'm sorry to hear this and for the way this information was communicated to you. Unfortunately the nearest screening of Werther to you now is in Nelson so is some distance away . In good news though, we are currently working on our Canadian distribution for our upcoming season so please do keep an eye on our website for updates as hopefully there will be a local cinema for you to attend.
Kind regards,
Sarah
Pls advise which operas and ballets will be performed in cinemas in Montreal for the 2016-2017 seasons (and if possible the dates)

Hope to hear from you soon because I am eager to know if we are getting these ;performances in Montreal, Canada
Hi Diana,

Werther was screened in Basingstoke tonight - it was brilliant! First clas acoustics and wonderful close ups made for a quite magical evenings viewing. Thank you!

Hello looking forward to the 16-17 season! Hope Montreal is included in your distribution, especially for Othello !!
ROH HD broadcasts appear no longer to be available in Canada--at least not in Vancouver, British Columbia, where I live. Why?
Dear Stephen,
Thank you very much for reaching out.
At the moment, the International Cinema venues for the 2016-17 season are being confirmed. We encourage you to continue to check our website for the latest details, http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas

Wonderful productions! Hoping to see one of them at live concert!
Why Live Cinema is not available at all in Israel, like it was at 2012-13??
Who can we ask for being a part of this big and lovely project?
Hello Uzon,
Thank you very much for your comments! Please accept my apologies for the late response. Our international partners are in conversations with cinemas in Israel and we hope to show our productions there soon. Please keep an eye on our website where the information will be uploaded as soon as it's confirmed.

I'm very happy of this new season 2016-2017 and I hope that the Vincennes Cinéma near Paris in France will continue to offer us these beautiful performances, but I'm always deasappointed by the fact that you never diffuse the Royal Ballet School performance which permet to see the futur artists.
Hello,
We are a cinema in the south of France and we would like to know who is the distributor of the season ROH 2016 2017 for our country.
Thank you
Hello-
Thank you very much for your comment and interest in the Royal Opera House 2016/17 Cinema Season. I would be delighted to speak with you and provide further details regarding our international distributors. Should you wish to discuss, please feel free to email me at cinema@roh.org.uk.

Hello I'm really excited about highlight performances like Norma or Otello, but there's no cinema in Greece that screens Royal Opera or Royal Ballet not even in 2 major cities! Please bring it to Greece too cause not all can afford travelling to London!!!
Dear Christos,
Thank you for getting in touch, we're very excited about the coming season as well! We are currently finalising our international cinema listings, but I can confirm that there will be screenings of Norma and Otello taking place in Athens and Thessaloniki. Please keep an eye on our website, since as soon as we have finalised the bookings they will appear there: http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas
Best wishes,
Emma
Why is there not broadcast of "Meistersinger" planned? Really a pity! Or will there be a DVD?
Hi Petra,
It is a pity that we aren't able to broadcast all our productions, but unfortunately it just isn't possible! In addition, as we won't be filming Meistersinger, there will not be a DVD release. However there are plans in the works for a BBC Radio live relay for one of the performances, so do keep an eye out for that!
Best wishes,
Emma
Hi. Will there be theatres in new Zealand. ..hopefully one in Dunedin.

Are there going to be any other theaters in the NYC area to screen the ROH operas, especially live? There is presently only one, in Queens, which is showing them with a month's delay.
Hi John,
Thank you for getting in touch - we are currently still waiting to have confirmation from our international distributor regarding exact dates and cinemas, but I do believe there will be screenings taking place in NY although I cannot at this stage tell you if they will be live or delayed. We are hoping to have more information shortly, so please do keep checking our website: http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas as any updates will be uploaded as soon as possible.

Do you have a US distributor for your upcoming Opera/Ballet series?

We will shortly be adding more information on our website about bookings in the US, so please do keep an eye on our website so you know your nearest cinema for each production: http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas

Already have our season tickets to watch the whole programme in the cinema in Gibraltar. Can't wait and especially looking forward to watching Jonas Kaufman. So glad we can now watch these glorious performances at our local cinemas.
Hi,
Do you plan any transmission in Poland? Last season was wonderful and now we are waiting 2016/2017, especially Otello.
Regards,
Barbara
Hello Barbara,
Thank you very much for your query. Yes, I am pleased to announce that the Royal Opera House 2016/17 Cinema Season will be screening at 15 cinemas in Poland and, as of now, all of them are scheduled to screen Otello.

Hi, it seems the moderation of my comment is taking almost as long of sorting out the cinema broadcasts in Canada. Could you provide an update on both please.
Thanks,
Hi Susan,
Apologies for the delay in replying to your comment - we have been in touch with our international distributor and they are still confirming exactly which cinemas will be screening our content for this season. I can only apologise and say that we will add the information to our website as soon as we know more, but that at this stage we are unable to say which cinemas in Canada will be involved with the 16/17 ROH cinema season.
Please do keep checking our website, and hopefully we will be able to add more information shortly!
Best wishes,
Emma

Thanks,
Anne
We really waned to watch the Royal Ballet's performance, pls advise if it will be performed in cinemas in Hong Kong for the 2016-2017 seasons
Many Thanks
Hello Mandy,
Thank you for your interest and apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Unfortunately we don't currently have any bookings from cinemas in Hong Kong. I am passing your comment on to our international partners and hopefully we will be able to show the Royal Ballet performances in Hong Kong cinemas in the future.
All the best,
Noelia
Is there any cinemas in Paris or Vincennes, France, featuring ROH Live Operas for the season 2016/2017 please ?
Hi Helene,
We have recently confirmed screenings in France for the 2016/2017 season and there are several to choose from in Paris. The cinema details have been uploaded to our website – please keep checking periodically as additional screenings may be added throughout the season.
Best,
Jimmy
no cinemas listed for France for the 2016/17 season ? what's the status ? I noticed several operas which interest me - down on the Riviera. thanks, linda
Hi Linda,
We have recently confirmed screenings in France for the 2016/2017 season, and I’m pleased to let you know that there are several happening on the Riviera. Please have a look on our website for further details on where you can find them, and keep checking periodically as additional screenings may be added throughout the season.
Best,
Jimmy
A cinema in Hong Kong is urgently required. The new Norma is what we would like to see. It does not have to be a live Cinema screening. It does not have to be in a commercial cinema. British Council will be a good venue. Can you not follow the long established example of Met. All the major Met productions are shown in 3 or 4 Hong Kong venues on different days spreading over a period of some 3 months. From the correspondence, it is obvious that ROH needs to put its act together on world wide cinema screening.
William Waung, Hong Kong
Hi William,
Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately we have not confirmed any screenings in Hong Kong for the 2016/2017 season. However, I have forwarded your feedback to our international distributor for consideration when planning future seasons.
Best,
Jimmy
The ROH website is not responding to queries about locations in NYC where the screenings will be offered. Do you have up-to-date information about the theaters that will be participating?I'm interested in all of the performances listed for 2016–2017. Thank you
Hi Fannie,
We have recently confirmed screenings at Kew Gardens Cinemas and at the Cinema Arts Centre in Huntingdon. However, we are still in the process of confirming additional cinemas and screenings for the 2016/2017 season in the US, so please keep checking our website as we are hoping to add more sites soon.
Best,
Jimmy

Hello Tim,
Thank you for getting in touch. Our international partners are in conversations with cinemas in South Africa. We hope to have screenings there and as soon as it's confirmed the information will be showing in our website.

Some friends and myself really enjoyed the screening from the ROH last year and hope to be able to do the same this year. Will you be screening to the CONDARDO theatre DENIA SPAIN again. Do hope so.
Much appreciated Sandra Holland
Hello Sandra,
Thank you for getting in touch. At the moment we don't have any bookings from Cine Condado in Denia for the 2016/17 season. Your nearest cinema is Kinepolis in Alicante. I am passing your comment on to our international distributors and hopefully Condado will show our productions again soon. Please keep an eye on our website as additional screenings may be added throughout the season.
Best wishes,
Noelia
We are so lucky to have ROH Live - but I get quite annoyed by the camera choices and close up views. When at an actual opera, one can choose which part of the stage or which character to look at. In the film, quite often there is a duet (or other ensemble singing) where the camera focuses on one character only - when all the characters are reacting to each other - so it is important to be able to see them all. I object that I cannot choose where to look - there are too many close ups.
I do so agree with you! I have often thought that all they need to do is plonk one camera in the front row of the circle and just let it roll. However I suspect that ultimately the point of the filming is to make and sell DVDs for the small screen, and that is a whole different business.
I love the live streamings! My local cinema in Woking does have trouble with the student discount tickets on the day. They are listed as independent cinema, but it's always a struggle to convince them. Last year I even missed Viscera because I had to go home to print off proof. Is there something that can be done?
Thank you!
Hello Sandra,
Thank you for your message. We're happy to know you're enjoying the live streamings and will follow up with your local cinema.
Best wishes,
Noelia

Every year there are fewer and fewer showings in the US and Canada. Why is this? Very disappointed.
Dear Michele,
Thank you very much for your message. Our new international partners are in conversations with a number of cinemas in Canada and the US. As soon as we have confirmation of new screenings these will be uploaded on our website http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas.

Hi. Will there be theaters in New York City? We used to see the screenings easily, but last year they disappeared. Would love to continue seeing these! Thanks.
Hi Karen,
We are hoping to be screening in more sites in NYC later this season, but for the moment we are definitely going to screening in Kew Gardens - please keep checking our website as we will post any updates there as soon as we have them: http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas I hope you manage to come and see some of our productions this season!
All best,
Emma
I'm sorry to see that the cinema that carried the ROH cinema productions previously in New Westminster BC has gone over to the Dark Side. I did enjoy Andrea Chenier, ballet and other offerings. In all of Canada, there are only a few cinemas carrying ROH. I wonder whether you've thought of offering a service similar to Met on Demand for Roku? At least, that way, we would be able to watch ROH productions at home for a monthly fee. Warmest regards, David.
Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us - I'm sorry that there aren’t any convenient screenings near you at the moment. Our new international partners are in conversations with a number of cinemas in Canada and the US, so if we’re adding any new screenings we’ll update them to this page: http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas.
We currently offer a number of our productions live (and for free!) on YouTube – the latest of which will be announced very soon. While there are no plans to launch an ‘on demand’ service right away, we are currently exploring options around what this could look like. Any new product launches will be announced on social media and on the website, so do watch this space.
Very best wishes,
Emma
Saw Cosi Fan Tutte at Cineworld, Basildon last Monday. Performance excellent. Not sure about the production – might have been better simply in modern dress without the distractions.
However, every wide angle shot showing the whole stage was out of focus, although close ups were fine. Not the visual standard to which I have become used.
why no subtitles for opera?
Hi Lynn,
There are always subtitles for our operas, whether on stage or broadcast in cinemas. If there was a problem with the subtitles at one of our cinema broadcasts, please could you email cinema@roh.org.uk with details of the cinema you attended.
Thanks,
Mel
For the third year running, the ROH link to "where to see us live" is incomplete. No Anastasia in Provence except in three cinemas in Marseille. Not so. The Rivoli in Carpentras will be showing the whole ROH Live package. Same place, same directions as in the past two years. "Même topo" as they say in French. Avignon and Apt appear to have stuck with the Bolshoi. I also saw on http://www.exittolive.com/events/FR/Montpellier/2016-10-16/FR/ that cinemas in Montpellier are showing the Met, the Bolshoi and have just shown the ROH's Cosi. So that city may worth checking out.
Saw Norma yesterday, it was a delayed broadcast. When I did a town search for Parthenay, France it came up as no results, this is a shame as most of the season is being shown. Yesterday a smallish but enthusiastic audience attended but there was room for lots more. I feel that more needs be done to advertise the broadcasts, it is a pity to waste such a splendid opportunity. Local advertising took place but I think people would travel a long way if they knew it was on.
Hi Kate,
Thank you for letting us know about the cinema in Parthenay not appearing on our website. We are keen to make sure all information is clearly visible and that cinemas are easy to find, so this is particularly helpful. Could you please email the details of the cinema you attended, including name and address, to cinema@roh.org.uk so we can look into why that cinema isn't showing?
Many thanks,
Emma

Recently moved to Chicago from the UK. Very disappointed that I cannot find any screenings in the area. Landmark/Renaissance showed last season, but that seems to have stopped. Any chance of them being shown somewhere? In a city like Chicago, surely there would be a great deal of interest.
Thank you.
Hi Gillian,
Thank you for taking the time to get in touch. Our international partner has been in talks with several US cinemas, and we are hoping to announce shortly the new screening dates for our content in the US - including in Chicago. I believe the Landmark Renaissance cinema in Chicago will again be taking ROH productions, but please keep an eye on our website, as all updates will appear there: http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas
Thanks again,

Hello, still no news about broadcast in Brazilian cinemas! Should I lose hope?
Hi Laura,
Please don't lose hope! Our international partners are in discussions with cinemas in Brazil and we are planning to be screening there later this season. We are hoping to have more specific information in the next couple of weeks, so keep checking our website, as we will upload any changes there as soon as we can: http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas

On the live cinema season leaflet I picked up when seeing Anastasia (outstanding, by the way) it says encore of the Nutcracker on Sunday 11 Dec at 2pm. However I can see no booking times at any of the three cinemas in my area that show live performances. Is it happening?
Dear Francis,
Thank you for getting in touch - I can confirm that the encore screening of The Nutcracker is going ahead, but not every cinema is screening it on that date. Unfortunately it may be the case that your nearest cinemas are only screening on 8th December, but please check our website: http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas nearer to the time, as if anything changes we will update the information there.
Best wishes,
Emma

Hi Emma
Thank you for your response. Yes the landmark cinema in Highland Park is showing them on Monday nights at 7pm, rather than Sunday mornings . So for anybody working in the city, you would never get there in time with the rush hour traffic. It's a pity there isn't another venue in the downtown area that will show them.
Hi Gillian,
Yes I can see how that could be inconvenient - I will pass your comments onto our international partner so they and the cinema can take into account your concerns.
Best wishes,
Emma

Not sure if this is the correct place to comment. Just wanted to congratulate ROH on an absolutely superb performance of Les Contra D'Hoffman. Saw the live cinema screening last night and it was truly magnificient - truly opera at it's best !!!!!
Hello, I am so happy to see that Norma is going to be broadcast in Brazil but I was wondering if there is any ballet productions that will also be broadcast here. I would love to watch The Nutcracker, it is such a beautiful ballet. Thank you!
Dear Julia,
Many thanks for your comment. Our international partners are in conversations with cinemas in Brazil about further ROH screenings. Please keep an eye on our webpage below for new ones.

This in regard to next seasons live cinema: I was wondering if there is anyway to get more airings for ballet in South Dakota, specifically Sioux Falls. I know a couple years back, your company and the Bolshoi ballet had consistent shows of many ballets but now there is hardly any. I really miss these ballets and would love to see them on the big screen for next year. Thanks.
Hello and thank you very much for your interest. I will forward your comment on to our international partners who continue their conversations with cinemas in the USA. We get regular updates so please keep an eye on our webpage.

Would you kindly inform me if the Royal Ballet Live Cinema is returning to Greece. I saw all the wonderful performances which were shown here in the past, and was so disappointed when they discontinued. Thank you.

Is Montreal going to get any of 2016/2017 season? It was mentioned that 6ballets would be screened Anastasia being the first but Cineplex Odean here in Montreal has no news for this season though we did have ballet from Covent Garden last year.any updates? Thanks Jane
Hi Jane,
Thank you for getting in touch - we are indeed screening in Montreal! We are currently broadcasting in 3 cinemas there: Cinema du Parc, Cinemas Guzzo and Cinema Beaubien. Please check our website for more specific information about dates and locations: http://www.roh.org.uk/cinemas

I think that ROH Live is a great idea. But when I get tickets for none of the Fleming Rosenkavaliers and discover that it simply isn't being relayed by ROH Live, I wonder whether you've missed the point. I want to give you some of my money but you won't let me! Of course, it's a joint production with the Met and the 2017 Met Opera Live Schedule includes Renee Fleming in Rosenkavalier.
Renee Fleming said during her interview on Radio 4 that Der Rosankavalier was being broadcast live to cinemas on 14th January. I can't find a local cinema in Suffok showing it.
Dear Valerie,
Der Rosenkavalier will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3 on 14 January 2017 at 5.45pm GMT. Unfortunately it will not be broadcast to cinemas. Please find the broadcast details here http://www.roh.org.uk/news/royal-opera-broadcasts-for-autumn-and-winter-201617-announced .

Are your performances broadcast into South Africa? We're going to be living there soon and we'd SO love to continue watching these amazing performances.

Hi May,
Thanks for getting in touch. We are currently screening in one cinema in South Africa - The Fugard in Cape Town. We are always looking to expand our reach to other locations though, so please do keep an eye on our website as any updates will be added there.

Hi there and thanks for this perfect project. I asked at September (here, above) for cinema shows in Israel and wanted to thank for a show of the Royal Opera at 31/01/17 here in Israel.
I want to ask if the Royal Ballet will take part in Israelis cinemas too?
All the Ballets- Sleeping Beauty, Woolf Works, Jewels and the Triple Bill at July, I really want to know if the partnership between ROH Cinema and the Royal Ballet will be at this time for get tickets? Because now i see in the schedule just one Live show of the opera.
Thank you very much

Hi Uzon,
Many thanks for getting in touch with us again - I have just been discussing our screenings in Israel with our international contact, and assuming the screenings of Il trovatore go smoothly, we are planning to broadcast the remaining season's productions in the cinemas there. Please keep an eye on our website, since as soon as it has been confirmed we will add the dates and venues there.
With very best wishes,
Emma
I live in Calgary, Canada. Am I correct that there is no cinema in Calgary showing your operas/ballets for the 2016/2017 season?? It appears not which is so disappointing. Best, Yvonne
Hi Yvonne,
Many thanks for getting in touch. I've just spoken with our international partner, and they are going to open discussions with their contacts in Canada to see about screening in Calgary. Unfortunately for the moment we do not have any screenings taking place there, but please do keep an eye on our website as we will update the information there if anything changes.
All best,
Emma
We're hoping to see Il Trovatore at Vue, Staines. Can you confirm if both the Live broadcast on 31 Jan and the 5 Feb Encore will show subtitles? Thank you
Hi Elaine,
I can confirm that all our cinemas are provided with subtitles as part of our opera screenings, and so yes there should be subtitles for both the live and encore screenings at Vue Staines. I hope you enjoy the performance!
Best wishes,
Emma
Absolutely loved Il Trovatore this evening at Wandsworth Cineworld (despite some moments of no subtitles!) and was so looking forward to seeing Woolf Works next week as it was listed on the programme but I was so disappointed to see that my local Cineworld won't be showing it :(
Please keep up this amazing Live programme as its so hard to get to ROH in time when one has young children to put to bed!
Hi Emily,
I'm sorry to hear that there were issues with subtitles at your cinema last night. There were no general problems with the satellite feed, so we will investigate with the venue to make sure it works better in the future. I can imagine the disappointment to find out Woolf Works won't be screening at your local cinema, but please have a look here to find alternative venues.
Best regards,
Jimmy

I attended a re-showing of Il Trovatore at my local cinema tonight (Feb. 21, 2017) and there were no subtitles. I asked a cinema employee if they needed to be turned on and he told me, "There are no subtitles for this one." I asked if there were subtitles for the original broadcast and he said, "No." And of course, no refund was offered. I'd appreciate it if you would look into it. If I can't reliably count on knowing that subtitles will be present, I just won't go to any more broadcasts. The theater is:

Thank you for letting us know about the lack of subtitles. There are always subtitles on our opera relays, both the live and the later broadcasts. I'm sorry you experienced this. We are following up with the cinema and hope that you can continue enjoying our screenings the way they are meant to be.
Best wishes,
Noelia

Will there be an Encore broadcast of the Sleeping Beauty and, if so, where can I find a list of participating cinemas in the UK? I was so disappointed not to have been able to see the live broadcast earlier this week.
Hello Mo,
There are a good number of Encore screenings taking place this Sunday across the UK and a few happening some days later. Please check our webpage here to find cinemas near you still showing The Sleeping Beauty.
Best wishes,

I know the 2017 live screenings have been announced but is it likely Mayerling will be added? Thanks for opening up the opportunity to watch these beautiful shows to a wider audience!
Hi Sharon,
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, it's unlikely Mayerling will be in cinemas this Season. The DVD is available here though.
Best wishes,
Rose
Please could here be a repeat broadcast of Madame Buterfly so that those of us who can't make March 30 can have the chance to see it - I live in Derbyshire!
Hi Mick,
There are several Encore screenings of Madama Butterfly scheduled for Sunday April 2nd. Please have a look on the Cinema page to search for screenings in your area.

You have live screening to Athens Greece for Othello and Butterfly Operas. Please show us some dancing!!!!!You have so beautiful ballet performances and we see nothing of it! Isn't it a pity?
Dear Rania,
Thank you for your message. All our screenings, opera and ballet, are available to any cinema and country. The cinemas decide the titles they wish to take. I'll pass your comments on to our international distributors. The bookings for the new season will soon be available, so please keep an eye on our webpage.

When will ROH be screening again in cinemas in Minneapolis/St. Paul, USA? And when will ROH live be streaming Adès's 'The Exterminating Angel'? Lots of us are anxiously waiting to see it.
Dear Richard and Adele,
Many thanks for your comment, and very glad to hear you are interested in seeing one of our cinema screenings. The next screenings in Minneapolis are as follows:
Tuesday 2 May 2017 - Madama Butterfly
Tuesday 23 May 2017 - Jewels
Tuesday 11 July 2017 - The Dream / Symphonic Variations / Marguerite and Armand
Tuesday 8 August 2017 - Otello
Please check our screening search page for cinema locations and updates: http://www.roh.org.uk/search/screenings
Unfortunately, The Exterminating Angel won't be filmed for screenings by The Royal Opera House, but I just checked the Metropolitan Opera website and found out that they are screening the opera on Saturday 18 November 2017. You can find details on their cinema screenings page here: http://www.metopera.org/Season/In-Cinemas/
Hope this helps!

I have just moved to Honolulu from London and have found a cinema that is screening opera from the Met. I really don't want to miss screenings from ROH, particularly of the Royal Ballet.
Are there any screenings in Honolulu? Or anywhere in Hawaii?
Hi Christopher,
I'm pleased to let you know that there are screenings scheduled in Honolulu for the 2016/17 season at the Kahala Theatre.
Please have a look at the Cinema Website for venue details and dates.
Best wishes,

The Dream 7/6/17 - just a BIG shame the broadcast stopped in the middle of the last ballet :-(
VERY disappointed
RUINED!
Hi there,
Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your experience of viewing our live relay last Wednesday.
We experienced no technical issues on the night so we will investigate the problem you experienced with your local cinema to hopefully resolve this for future screenings. I will be in touch separately about this.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards,
Olivia

I am devastated that Otello is not going to be shown anywhere in western/central Canada. How is that possible. Who decides that opera lovers in Calgary have only access to MET transmissions. I am still hoping for a miracle.
I meant to say:
Why not make all ROH performances available to everyone with online subscriptions through devices such as Roku and on-line streaming apps for the iPad, Android, etc. like the Metropolitan Opera does?
Hi there,
It will be great if you'll be able screening the ROH
Ballets in Israel.
Thank you so much.

dear roh live went to la bayerdere tonight and the screen had strange filter on it throughout the cinema said it was due to feed youre end but it stayed the whole time cineworld bracknell . never had this problem before at odeon or vue
Dear Miles,
Thank you for your feedback on yesterday evening's live broadcast of La Bayadère. We are sorry to hear you experienced problems at your local cinema.
There were no issues with the feed leaving the ROH on the night. Therefore, we will follow up with Cineworld Bracknell to see what the cause of the matter could be and if anything can be done to prevent it for future screenings.
Best Regards,
