The Royal Opera House were alerted in mid-July to a global outage on our CRM provider’s platform. We were unable to email our customers following this incident which affected all WordFly customers. The Royal Opera House was one of many UK arts organisations affected. We can now confirm that no audience data was impacted by this incident. Regular email communication with our audiences resumed in the last week of July with no further issues.
