In this new film for the Foreign Office, Carlos Acosta talks about creativity in Britain as well as the international make up of The Royal Ballet and its reputation at the forefront of the art form.
The Principal Guest Artist attributes the creative flair of both his and the Company's work to the multicultural nature of British society. He also recalls The Royal Ballet's tour to Cuba in 2009 and his elation at performing in the city and country where he was born. The Royal Ballet was the first ballet company to visit Cuba in almost 3 decades.

I adore this man's dance - truly a magnificent experience to watch as I had the enormous good fortune a few years ago in Covent Garden - one I will remember for the rest of my life -
