Join us for an exciting discussion of Kenneth MacMillan's Mayerling. Explore how the ballet's controversial premiere in 1978 reflected the social climate and the changes in ballet and the arts during this era. An exceptional line up of participants includes former Royal Ballet Principal Viviana Durante, Royal Ballet First Soloist Melissa Hamilton and novelist, playwright and critic Bonnie Greer.

We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing such as tracksuit trousers or leggings. You are welcome to dance barefoot or wear ballet shoes if you have them. Dancing in socks is not permitted
