What I need to know before I attend:

Wharf Green has open access to all. A limited number of seats are available,  but you are advised to bring your own portable chairs, picnic blankets etc.  There will be food and beverages available to buy from stalls in the square; alternatively please bring your own picnic. All litter should be disposed of in bins provided or taken home.  Please dress appropriately for the anticipated weather conditions. Children must be accompanied by adults.

In the interest of public safety, the following conditions will apply in Wharf Green:
 
• Free entry to the event enclosure with a ticket available from www.newswindon.co.uk

• Event stewards will be entitled to search persons and/or their possessions on entry to the event enclosure. Staff will not take responsibility for any prohibited items.

• Prohibited items include, but are not restricted to, large parasols, gazebos, awnings and portable barbecues.

• The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the event enclosure for whatever reason.



How do I get there?

Car - Wharf Green is situated in the main shopping area of Swindon town centre in front of the House of Fraser store. Parking is available at the Brunel West Car Park.

Train - Swindon Station is situated approx five minutes' walk from Wharf Green, follow the signage directs to the BBC Screen and Wharf Green.

Buses - All routes to town centre, bus stop directly in front of Brunel West car park.
