Acknowledgement of your support
We are hugely grateful to all individuals and companies who decide to become Patrons of Covent Garden. In thanks we are pleased to credit you in our Annual Report, on the Supporters’ Board in the Royal Opera House foyer, in all main theatre performance programmes and on our website. You can of course, choose to remain anonymous.
I have been a Season Patron for nearly three years and cannot recommend it highly enough. From simple things like the use of the trust rooms for dinner and dedicated booking team, to the invitations to rehearsals and pre-performance talks, it has simply opened up the world of opera and ballet beyond what I thought possible. To have the opportunity to talk to a conductor, performer or set designer gives a wonderful insight into the preparation, skill and dedication that go into what you see and hear on stage which can only add to an already wonderful experience. Thanks to the generosity, intelligence and friendship I have experienced from everybody at the Royal Opera House I can safely say that I have received far more out of being a Patron than I ever put in.
