Be Like Water

Be Like Water explores the diverse influences on Hetain Patel’s life so far, ranging from Bruce Lee and Spiderman to his father.
Background
Following his acclaimed theatre debut TEN, which was part of ROH2’s ‘Firsts 2010’, Hetain Patel returns to the Linbury Studio Theatre in a collaboration with digital artist Barret Hodgson.
Be Like Water blends choreography, spoken word and modern media in an exploration of cultural identity and how it is formed. In Patel’s words: ‘Expect a duet, lots of text, interaction with video projections and some northern factory talk courtesy of my dad.’
