Fashion designer


British fashion designer Erdem Moralioglu makes his Royal Ballet debut in the 2017/18 Season designing the costumes for Christopher Wheeldon’s new work, part of international celebrations of the Leonard Bernstein centenary.

Moralioglu trained at the Royal College of Art, London. He launched his designer ready-to-wear label ERDEM in 2005. ERDEM has received numerous accolades, including the 2008 British Fashion Council’s Fashion Forward Award, the 2010 inaugural British Fashion Council/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund Award, the 2012 BFC New Establishment Award, the 2013 BFC Red Carpet Award and the 2014 BFC Womenswear Designer of the Year Award.

ERDEM is sold in more than 170 retailers, including Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman, Joyce, Dover Street Market, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. The label opened its debut flagship store in Mayfair in August 2015.
