Polish dancer Dawid Trzensimiech is a principal of National Romanian Ballet and a former Soloist of The Royal Ballet. He trained at The Royal Ballet School and joined the Company in 2008 as an Artist, promoted to First Artist in 2011 and Soloist in 2012. He left the Company in February 2014.

Trzensimiech studied at The National Ballet School in Bytom and The Royal Ballet School, graduating into the Company. His repertory with the Company included Prince (The Nutcracker), James (La Sylphide), Benvolio (Romeo and Juliet), Florestan (The Sleeping Beauty), pas de trois in ‘Emeralds’ and ‘Rubies’ (Jewels), pas de six (Giselle) and roles in Polyphonia, Chroma, Cinderella, Scènes de ballet, Gloria, Requiem, Voluntaries, DGV: Danse à grande vitesse and Rhapsody. He has created roles in ballets by Wayne McGregor, Christopher Wheeldon, Liam Scarlett, Alastair Marriott and Jonathan Watkins.

Trzensimiech's many awards include first prizes at the Gdansk National Dance Competition in both 2003 and 2005 and at the International Dance Competition in Rieti. He was a finalist in the 2006 Prix de Lausanne and a medallist at the First International Ballet and Choreography Competition in Beijing (2011).
