For once, a believable and - whisper it - sympathetic Siegfried from Stefan Vinke #rohringRichard Searle
Musically, the ROH is delivering, but artistically this Ring has nothing I haven't seen before in Europe conceptually or design-wise. Shame. The Vile Grin
@Trevorwithyhill yes......it worked surprisingly well and yet again #ROHring was superb.Fab production, Bryn on top form.........Barbara Lewis

#ROHRing Siegfried - World class performance. Comedy animals - stuck antlers, squeaky wheel and upside-down woodbird. Loved it!Ian Hamilton
There once was a singer named Schmeckenbecher... Who rarely appeared in limericks. #rohringNeil Fisher
The replacement Alberich is not well positioned on the stage and not loud enough. Still very good singing #ROHringMinjas Zugik
#rohring Siegfried, Stefan Vinke seemed overwhelmed at terrific applause, 3rd act relief w sublime moments after an uneven 1&2middleway
Respect to Stefan Vinke, Siegfried at the ROH this eve. I have seldom felt such joy for one performer in a show. A very happy evening. Wow!Nicholas Jenkins

Siegfried was a musical delight in every respect. A wonderful Stefan Vinke, a superlative Bryn Terfel and a warm sounding Susan Bullock made the most of this incomprehensible production . Despite of some "intellectual" argument for Keith Warner's ideas, it is still failing constantly Wagner's intentions.
I appreciated the import of J. Schmeckenbacher for the ailing W.Koch. We should hear him
    more often!!!!
