Currently working on a timeline showing all the things (big & small) I have to do to open the Park in less than 18 months’ time! Currently using 2 large pieces of flipchart paper to try and fit it all in! Eventually it will be entered into a much more sophisicated computer programme, but I think my flipchart version will stay with me as a daily, visual call to action!
