Will Tuckett's Royal Opera House production of The Wind in the Willows is to return to London's West End for an eight-week run at the Vaudeville Theatre over Christmas.

The production was staged at the Duchess Theatre in 2013, marking the Royal Opera House's first commercial transfer. It was named Best Entertainment and Family Show at the 2014 Olivier Awards.

The much-loved adaptation of Kenneth Grahame's classic sees the adventures of reckless Toad and his long-suffering friends Ratty, Mole and Badger told through dance, song, music and puppetry.

The Wind in the Willows runs at the Vaudeville Theatre from 26 November 2014.
Public booking opens on 15 July with casting to be announced in due course.
