I read that I can book online today for the summer package. Which is good!
Some questions: where is the link to that? And why has Mayerling and Bayadere been included again in a package. They were in the previous package. Finally is there any way to book just Raven Girl today? /graeme

      Hi Graeme,

I'm afraid that you still can't book online for packages - this is something we are hoping to bring back later in the year. To book, you can call the Box Office on +44 (0)20 7304 4000.

The contents of each advance package is determined by the productions on offer each booking period. Unusually, there is a slight overlap of ballet productions in the spring and summer booking periods this season. As such, Mayerling and La Bayadère have been included again. We have offered a new selection of dates for these productions to give you a second chance to book these packages if you were unsuccessful in purchasing them last booking period.

If you would like to book individual ballet productions, such as Raven Girl/Symphony in C, you will be able to do so from 10am Tuesday 12 March for Friends and 10am Tuesday 9 April for general booking.

      Hope that helps,

      All the best,

      Lottie

    Hi Lottie.
Thanks for that, but I have received an email which tells me that I can book summer tickets (it doesn't say whether packages or individual) today, online.
The email was signed Susan Fisher and dated 01/03/13 timed at 1.06 PM.
    Regards
    /graeme

      Hi again Graeme,

Thanks for clarifying. There was indeed an e-mail last week that offered Friends the chance to book today for all the performances and events in the Summer Season. However, the offer is for online booking only. Packages are not available online, but you will be able to book if you call the Box Office.

      All the best,

      Lottie

I would like to book one of the mini packages on 5 April & note that I cannot do this online - can I book in person at the box office or are packages only available on the phone please?

    • Ellen West (Online Content Manager) responded on 6 April 2013 at 3:34pm

      Dear Heather

These packages can only be booked on the phone - not online or in person at the Box Office. We are going to introduce an improved form of online booking for packages later in the year.

      Best

      Ellen
