Royal Ballet Yearbook 2012/13 soon to be released

A new edition of the ever-popular Royal Ballet Yearbook 2012/13 will be released in early October. An essential companion for any fan of The Royal Ballet, the latest edition is packed full of behind-the-scenes insights and exclusive Company news.

Richly illustrated, the book features beautiful photographs from the 2011/12 Season including images from from Metamorphosis: Titian 2012, a unique collaboration with the National Gallery and the final production overseen by long-standing Director Monica Mason. The triple bill, based on works by Renaissance artist Titian, brought together some of the most exciting names choreography, art and contemporary classical music.

The publication also features a preview of the forthcoming season, information about Royal Ballet dancers and staff, and details about the Company’s history and its repertory. It will soon be available to buy from the Royal Opera House shop and online from the publishers – the perfect Christmas gift for any balletomane.

Also available is the Royal Opera House Souvenir Guide. Covent Garden has been a home to opera, ballet and momentous performances for over 250 years, and is a one of London’s landmark attractions. The Souvenir Guide is an essential introduction to the iconic venue and details the colourful history of the theatre, featuring up-to-date information about performances, educational programmes, guided tours and exhibitions.
