Some audience members may experience problems getting to the Royal Opera House for tonight’s performances of The Minotaur, The Old King in the Linbury Studio Theatre (part of the London International Mime Festival), and the La Valse Insights event, due to heavy snow.

If you are unable to attend due to adverse weather conditions and wish to make an exchange to another date where we have ticket availability, please contact the Box Office on +44 (0)20 7304 4000 prior to 5.30pm today. For The Minotaur, the dates currently available are 24 and 28 January. For alternative London International Mime Festival performances, the dates available are 22 and 23 January (The Old King), and 24 January (Smashed). Other Insights events with tickets currently available are taking place on 12 Feb, 13 and 21 March, 1 and 29 May.

Alternatively, we may be able to resell your tickets. Please email us by 5.30pm today at onlinebooking@roh.org.uk with ‘Snow Resale’ in the subject field. Please provide your order number, seat number(s) and the name they were booked in. It would also be helpful to attach a photo or scan of the tickets, but this is not essential. The usual terms and conditions will apply, with an additional small administration fee of £2 per ticket resold.

If you have a lot of returns for tonight (mon 21st) because of the snow, why not run a £15 'best seat' promotion and get a younger surer-footed audience to replace the more wobbly elderly audience members who won't be venturing in!
    Save having a half-empty auditorium...
