Gift Certificates

All Gift Certificate orders placed before midnight on Thursday 18 December will be sent as 1st class post on 19 December, which is Royal Mail's last posting date for delivery by 24 December.

Royal Opera House gift certificates are available in the denomination of your choice. They are a versatile way to make purchases online, over the telephone or in person and make a great gift for an Opera or Ballet lover. Gift certificates will be posted directly to you or a chosen recipient (unfortunately we cannot send gift certificates to overseas addresses).

REDEMPTION ONLINE

Certificates can be used online to purchase Tickets, add Programme Vouchers to an existing order and make donations or purchase a membership for The Friends of Covent Garden.

REDEMPTION BY TELEPHONE

Certificates can be used via the telephone to purchase Tickets, buy Programme Vouchers, make a donation and to purchase a membership for The Friends of Covent Garden.

REDEMPTION VIA THE BOX OFFICE (BOW ST, PIAZZA LINK)

Certificates can be used at the link Box Office to purchase Tickets, buy Programme Vouchers, make a donation and to purchase a membership for The Friends of Covent Garden.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Gift Certificates can be used for booking Tea at the Royal Opera House but cannot be used in ROH bars and restaurants or in our gift shop.

  2. Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole.

  3. The Royal Opera House cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost post.

Delivery options

Gift certificates will be posted to the address as requested 1st class the next working day after your purchase. Please note that The Royal Opera House cannot control or guarantee delivery of your tickets on or before a specific date and cannot accept responsibility for late delivery by the Royal Mail.
