The V&A, in collaboration with the Royal Opera House, are creating a landmark exhibition presenting key moments in the story of opera from its origins in late Renaissance Italy to the present day.
The regular free lunchtime recitals, at St Clement Danes in the Strand, feature the rising stars of the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme.
Three casts, led by Adrianne Pieczonka, Angela Gheorghiu and Martina Serafin and conducted by Dan Ettinger and Plácido Domingo, star in The Royal Opera’s production of Puccini’s thriller.
