Monday Moves
What It Is
Monday Moves is a creative dance class for blind and partially sighted adults. Since 1988 we have offered a safe environment in which to connect to the mechanics of the moving body, explore creative ideas, have fun and socialise.
Classes are held weekly in the Royal Ballet’s spacious studios (the same studio each week).
Insight Programme
What It Is
The Insight Programme is an ongoing series of events linked to specific opera and ballet productions, the artists who appear in them and the behind-the-scenes departments involved.
These include pre-performance talks, family events and insight evenings. They provide unique opportunities to discover more about each production from invited specialists, members of the production team and artists.
