Step-by-Step Guide to Booking Online

Getting started

1. Access the online calendar.

2. Select the production and performance date or the event for which you'd like to buy tickets.

Selecting your seats

3. Next you will be taken to an overview of the auditorium. Here you can select the area you want to sit in, the exact seat of your choice and the quantity you require. Your choice is displayed at the bottom of the page. If a certain area is sold out it is easy to go to other areas in the auditorium or to just choose another date. Our 'Select Your Own Seat' facility requires that you have Adobe flash-plugin installed on your machine; if you do not, you will be given a list of the best seats available.

4. Next up is the shopping basket page, where your seat numbers will be displayed. Click on Seating Details for any additional information about your selected seats. From this page you can continue shopping, add a restaurant reservation or a programme voucher, purchase a CD or DVD, remove the tickets, or continue to the checkout. On selecting Checkout you will be asked to register or, if you already have an account, to log in.

Registering

5. To register, fill in the requested details, including a valid email address. You will need to enter your billing address, but will have the opportunity to enter an alternative delivery address.

6. If you have been sent a temporary password, enter it here. Enter a permanent password on the following page.

7. Once registered, you will need your email address and password every time you log in.

Delivery Address, Payment and completing your booking

8. On the delivery address page you should select your billing address, or enter another address for delivery, and the delivery method. Tickets can only be posted if the performance or event is more than ten days away and the delivery address is in the UK.

9. On the final payment screen you will see a summary of the items you are about the buy, your address details and the delivery method, all of which are still editable. You can make an additional donation at this stage if you like.

10. Once booking is completed you will be taken to the final confirmation screen. This will again summarise your purchase and delivery details and give you your order reference number. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Receiving your tickets

11. Your tickets will follow in the post if you have selected to have them delivered.

12. If collecting tickets from the Box Office, please bring the credit card used for the transaction and a copy of your email booking confirmation. If you have selected concession seating you'll need to show proof of concession. You'll find the prepaid ticket collection point at the Information end of the Box Office counter. If collecting tickets on the day of the performance, please arrive at the Box Office at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance to avoid the last minute rush.
