Culture Change

What is Culture Change?

The Culture Change programme offers free business support to the creative and cultural industries, helping them save money and become more sustainable.

Culture Change is available to anyone working in cultural organisations in the East of England. Our skills workshops and networking sessions will help you save money, create an environmental action plan, apply for future funding and discover new ways to grow your audience.

We encourage all participants to be part of our network, and those who have completed 10 hours of their Culture Change journey will be invited to attend a free pre-General Rehearsal at the Royal Opera House.

Read our Who’s it for? page to see if you qualify for this exciting initiative or watch our short film about why the programme matters.
